E.ON and Edenred partnership recognised at HR Excellence Awards
E.ON and Edenred were recognised for their collaborative work at the HR Excellence Awards on Tuesday evening in London.
Shortlisted in the Best Reward and Recognition Strategy category, E.ON’s My Benefits+ solution demonstrated its alignment and contribution to E.ON’s overall green and sustainable agenda.
The news comes after E.ON and Edenred were crowned winners of the Reward, Recognition and Benefits category at the Personnel Today Awards in November.

The team worked collaboratively to launch My Benefits+ in February 2021. Smart, sustainable, and personalised, the programme offers E.ON’s employees a range of sustainable benefits which also support financial and physical wellbeing. Popular additions included an EV car lease scheme open to more pay grades alongside EV charging and an expanded cycle to work scheme that has allowed more staff to purchase e-bikes.
Helping with the cost-of-living crisis, the programme also includes access to everyday discounts, health benefits at a wider range of affordable price points and a more flexible holiday purchase scheme.
