Edenred was crowned winner of the Reward, Recognition and Benefits category at the Personnel Today Awards in a gala ceremony that took place in London last night.
Edenred picked up the award for its work in partnership with E.ON on a programme that delivers sustainable, personalised and flexible benefits that also support physical and financial wellbeing among E.ON employees.

E.ON worked with Edenred to launch its MyBenefits+ scheme in February 2021 to support its sustainable energy agenda, offering an EV car lease scheme that is open to more pay grades and an expanded cycle to work scheme that has allowed more staff to purchase e-bikes.
The programme also includes health benefits at a wider range of affordable price points, a salary sacrifice scheme and a more flexible holiday purchasing scheme.
At the time of entry 83% of E.ON’s field and office employees had engaged with the new benefits portal – marking a significant uplift compared to previous schemes.
