The news follows awards success in 2022 when our work with E.ON won the Reward, Recognition and Benefits category at the Personnel Today Awards. The E.ON scheme delivers sustainable, personalised and flexible benefits that align closely with the organisation’s green and inclusive agenda.
This latest nomination recognises innovative work that has communicated the value of these benefits to a large and diverse workforce, resulting in a major increase in platform engagement and benefits take up and spend.
Now in their 23rd year, the Employee Benefits Awards celebrate the HR community and recognise individuals, teams and organisations who are making a difference through their reward and benefits strategies.
