The award recognises innovative work that has communicated the value of these benefits to a large and diverse workforce, resulting in a major increase in platform engagement and benefits take up and spend.
The news follows awards success in 2022 when our work with E.ON won the Reward, Recognition and Benefits category at the Personnel Today Awards.
