Health and wellbeing at work

This is the fourth year that Edenred has looked into the efforts UK employers are making to address health and wellbeing issues among their employees.

During this time we have witnessed a substantial shift in employer attitudes to health and wellbeing and the priority it is  given in organisations.

As this year’s research shows, there is a near unanimous view that supporting employee wellbeing – in all areas, from finance to health – is not only good for individuals but good for the business too.
