A sales incentive scheme designed by Edenred to boost the commercial performance of the UK’s biggest travel agency has won a prestigious industry award.

Hays Travel received the gold prize for incentive activation of the year in the 2020 Institute of Promotional Marketing Awards, which recognise industry excellence.

The incentive scheme, designed and rolled out in partnership with Edenred, helped Hays Travel improve the performance across its sales force, boosting like-for-like sales by 20% in the year after it was rolled out.
