Edenred has been recognised for its work in the Reward, Recognition and Benefits category at the Personnel Today Awards.
Edenred was shortlisted at last night's ceremony in London for its work in partnership with financial support services provider Target Group on a recognition programme that drives employee engagement while supporting remote working and gender equality strategies.
Kate Chidlow, Head of Marketing for Edenred commented: “Making the shortlist in such a competitive field is a brilliant achievement for the teams at Edenred and Target Group and shows the power of working in a close partnership. Target Group is a very enlightened company that is committed to embracing new ways of working and supporting and engaging its employees – we are proud to work with them and to have received this recognition.”
Target Group provides services that help financial services providers deliver the best outcomes for their customers.
The company worked with Edenred to launch a more dynamic recognition programme that gives employees a stronger sense of how their actions underpin its customer-oriented approach,
In the last year, the scheme has also supported a move to near-100% home working and plays a role in helping to meet gender pay gap targets. The scheme has delivered an increase in the company’s Best Companies score for employee experience. Target Group is now on the Best Companies ‘one to watch’ list.
