Edenred has been recognised for its work in the Reward, Recognition and Benefits category at the Personnel Today Awards.
Edenred was shortlisted at last night's ceremony in London for its work in partnership with financial support services provider Target Group on a recognition programme that drives employee engagement while supporting remote working and gender equality strategies.

In the last year, the scheme has also supported a move to near-100% home working and plays a role in helping to meet gender pay gap targets. The scheme has delivered an increase in the company’s Best Companies score for employee experience. Target Group is now on the Best Companies ‘one to watch’ list.
