Edenred’s work with two major UK employers has been shortlisted for the prestigious 2023 Employee Benefits Awards.
Our partnership with E.ON is on the shortlisted for the Best Alignment of Benefits to Business Strategy category, while the Department for Transport is up for the Best Benefits Communications award.
The news follows awards success last year when E.ON’s partnership with Edenred won the Reward, Recognition and Benefits category at the Personnel Today Awards. The E.ON scheme continues to deliver sustainable, personalised and flexible benefits that align closely with the organisation’s green and inclusive agenda.
The Department of Transport has been nominated for outstanding communication of its Edenred employee benefits package – resulting in a major increase in take up that is supporting employees with their wellbeing and the cost-of-living.
Now in their 22nd year, the Employee Benefits Awards celebrate the HR community and recognise individuals, teams and organisations who are making a difference through their reward and benefits strategies.
Andy Philpott, Marketing and Sales Director for Edenred, commented: “It’s fantastic that our work has been recognised again by the some of the HR industry’s most respected judges. We work with our customers as one team – the fact that we have entered these awards together is testament to the strength of those partnerships.”
The winners of the Employee Benefits Awards will be announced at a ceremony on the 23rd of June.
