Edenred a finalist in CIPD People Management Awards

MyRecogniton Scheme delivered for Target Group shortlisted in leading HR awards scheme

Edenred’s work in helping design and launch a new recognition and reward scheme for Target Group has been recognised in the flagship award scheme organised by professional body for HR leaders, the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.

Target Group, which provides support services to the financial services sector, partnered with Edenred to design, deliver and evaluate a new reward and recognition scheme in 2020.

The new scheme branded, MyRecognition, was designed to give employees a stronger sense of how their actions underpin commercial success.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in September.
