About your Ticket Restaurant® Plus Card

Your card is a prepaid, electronic money card which contains a value that has been preloaded. It’s important to note, your card is not a credit card, it’s a prepaid card, which means you can only spend up to the balance on your card and all transactions are authorised online at the point of sale.

Activate your card today in 2 quick steps to start using it

1. Call Customer Services and select the “Card Activation” option from the menu.

2. Quote your card number and your activation code. 

You’ll receive your card and activation code separately in the post, by e-mail or via your company. You may also need to provide some details to confirm your identity. 

You’ll get a unique 4 digit PIN number

You should never write down your PIN or reveal it to anybody. You can obtain a PIN reminder at any time on the My Account service. 

Once activated, your card is ready use in store, online and over the phone 

Take a look at ‘Where to spend’ the card.

Use the card for full or part payment at any of the stores in the acceptance network. For purchases over the phone and the internet please choose Mastercard Debit as the purchasing card option. Any purchases outside of the acceptance network will be declined.

Some restrictions may apply when using your card

If this card is used at a participating store in Eire, a foreign exchange charge will be applied to the purchase.

Refunds can't be transacted on an expired card; however the retailer may offer you their own vouchers or a credit note as an alternative.

Damaged, altered, cancelled or expired cards won't be accepted by retailers. 

You can check your card balance anytime

To check the card balance click the login button on the top right of the homepage and select the Manage my account link. You can also check the balance by downloading the free mobile app or by calling Customer Services and selecting the “Card Balance” option. 

Keeping your card safe and treat it as cash

You should treat the e-money on your card like cash in a wallet. However this card is not redeemable for cash, neither is it a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card. Don’t allow anyone else to use your card either. 

If you lose your card you may lose any e-money on it in just the same way as if you lost your wallet. If your card is lost or stolen you should report this at your earliest convenience by calling Customer Services.
