Compliments Vouchers

Restrictions

Compliments Vouchers can't be used towards payment of store cards, store accounts or to purchase gift vouchers within stores.  Restrictions also apply at the following:
 

Accor Hotels, Ibis, Mercure, Novotel and Sofitel

Compliments Vouchers can be redeemed at UK hotels only.  Selected Franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Vouchers, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.

Balloons over Britain

Compliments Vouchers can only be used to purchase vouchers directly from Balloons over Britain member operators and are not valid for purchase of Balloons over Britain nationwide vouchers. Click here to see the full list of operators.

Coast

Compliments Vouchers can only be redeemed in Coast high street stores and not in Coast sections within department stores, unless the department store also accepts Compliments Vouchers.

Dudley Zoo

Compliments Vouchers can only be used for a day's entrance fee.

Edenred Travel

Edenred Travel provide a telephone ordering service only on 0843 453 0030.  This means Compliments Vouchers will need to be sent in the post to complete a purchase, and we recommend special delivery.  When enquiring or placing an order please check on any specific procedures in place for paying using your Compliments Vouchers.  Please note that links to websites are for reference only, purchases using Compliments Vouchers cannot be made online.
 

Haven & British Holidays

Compliments Vouchers can be used for holiday bookings only and cannot be used on the holiday parks.

Hotel Formule 1

Compliments Vouchers can be redeemed at UK hotels only.  Selected Franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Vouchers, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.

Ibis

Compliments Vouchers can be redeemed at UK hotels only.  Selected Franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Vouchers, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.

Interflora

Compliments Vouchers can only be redeemed at Interflora branches.  Purchases made over the telephone or requests for a delivery/relay service outside the local branch area cannot be paid for using Compliments Vouchers.
 

Mercure

Compliments Vouchers can be redeemed at UK hotels only.  Selected Franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Vouchers, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.
 

Nevada Bobs

Compliments Vouchers cannot be redeemed through the Nevada Bob’s website and can only be redeemed in selected Nevada Bob’s stores. Please contact your nearest store to confirm whether they accept these vouchers.

Novotel

Compliments Vouchers can be redeemed at UK hotels only.  Selected Franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Vouchers, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.
 

Oasis

Compliments Vouchers can only be redeemed in Oasis high street stores and not in Oasis sections within department stores, unless the department store also accepts Compliments Vouchers.

Orient Express

All bookings must be made via Edenred Travel on 0843 453 5300.

Planet Hollywood

Vouchers are only accepted when choosing from the A la Carte menu and may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. Valid for use in London only. 

Radisson Edwardian Hotels

Compliments Vouchers can only be used at Radisson Edwardian Hotels and cannot be used for bookings at any other hotel brand in the Radisson Group. 
 

Scottish Hydro Electric

Compliments Vouchers cannot be used to make bill payments, and can only be accepted in the stores across Scotland. 
 

Sofitel

Compliments Vouchers can be redeemed at UK hotels only.  Selected Franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Vouchers, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.
 

TGI Friday's

Compliments Vouchers cannot be used in restaurants located in Northern Ireland.
 

WHSmith

 Compliments Vouchers cannot be used to purchase, gift cards, stamps, tobacco, lottery tickets or scratch cards.
