Compliments Card Restrictions

Compliments Card cannot be used towards payment of store cards and accounts, nor to purchase gift vouchers within stores. Compliments Cards can be used to make payments online, please note that you cannot make “part” payments online, this function is for in store payments only.

Accor Hotels

Compliments Card can be spent in UK hotels only. Selected franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Card payments, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking. 

 

belowzero

The Compliments Card cannot be used to make online bookings for belowzero. 

 

Edenred Travel

Bookings through Edenred Travel can only be made via telephone on 0843 453 0030*. 

 

Halfords

Compliments Cards are only accepted in Halfords stores, not Halfords Autocentres. 

 

Hotel Formule 1

Compliments Card can be spent in UK hotels only. Selected franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Card payments, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.

 

Ibis

Compliments Card can be spent in UK hotels only. Selected franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Card payments, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.

 

ICEBAR LONDON

The Compliments Card cannot be used to make online bookings for the ICEBAR LONDON.

 

John Lewis

Compliments Card is accepted in John Lewis stores amd online. It cannot be used in their foodhalls, for telephone order services, at Waitrose stores, in John Lewis Home Outlet at Swindon Designer Outlet, John Lewis St Pancras International, for bookings made in Kuoni travel concessions or to purchase John Lewis gift cards and Vouchers.

 

Mercure

Compliments Card can be spent in UK hotels only. Selected franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Card payments, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.

 

Music Matters

Compliments Card can be used to make purchases at the till point only.

 

Novotel

Compliments Card can be spent in UK hotels only. Selected franchised hotels do not accept Compliments Card payments, please check with the hotel prior to making your booking.

 

Tenpin

Compliments Card can be used to purchase standard tariff bowling, Sector 7 and Lil Pin sessions.  They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or for payment of food, drink and arcade games.

 

T.G.I. Friday's

Compliments Card cannot be spent in restaurants located in Northern Ireland.

 

WHSmith

Compliments Card is accepted in High street stores only and cannot be spent on gift cards, stamps, tobacco, lottery or scratch cards.
