The Power of Appreciation: What a successful brand campaign launch looks like

uploaded on 23 April 2024

It was a day like no other, on April 17th 2024, when Edenred and Reward Gateway came together to launch a new brand campaign centred around ‘The Power of Appreciation’.

Recognising that when you value people in a way that's meaningful to them, it sparks a powerful movement, our new campaign focuses on the long-lasting impact that appreciation can have in both our personal and professional lives.

At the vibrant Reward Gateway office in central London, we heard from CEO Nick Burns about why this campaign is so crucial in this difficult climate and how as an organisation we’re harnessing the power of appreciation to transform people and culture around the world.

Reward Gateway’s Global Head of Brand, Leonie Williamson, and Chief Marketing Officer Mark South, are two of the many people driving the campaign, and their passion shone through as they explained the origins of the campaign and introduced the science behind it, providing us a true demonstration that appreciation appreciates.

As we tap into appreciation's profound power, we learn that personal and business growth stems not just from what people do but who they are. By fostering a genuine culture of appreciation, we unleash the potential for deeper connection, engagement, purpose, and belonging.

This marks the start of a movement – a global shift toward a more human-centric way of working and living.

Here are just a few of the moments captured on this special day, including our group outing to the nearby Outernet London, where Reward Gateway | Edenred’s campaign was on show for the city to see.
