Behind the scenes our product innovation team have been busy adding new elements to Select that’ll make it better and easier for you to use. Here’s a sneak peak of three enhancements coming your way.
Brand new look and feel
We’ve made improvements to the platform and the app that will make Select easier to use. It’s now fully responsive including on mobile devices. We’ve also given both a cosmetic update providing a cleaner, more up-to-date look, which makes navigation more intuitive.
Performance enhancements
We’ve transitioned to the Cloud enabling us to scale our solution. As a result, you will be able to order more codes and the recipients of those codes will be able to redeem them instantly, anywhere, anytime. The entire end to end process from order placement to code redemption will feel much faster than before. Systems administrators will notice the platform is easier to use thanks to its improved functionality.
Improved reporting capability
We understand that data drives decision making and how good insight can help drive recipient engagement. We also understand that system administrators often have multiple stakeholders, each with different reporting requirements. With our new scalable solution you can download, analyse and report on more data than before.
Specifically, system administrators will be able to report detailed information on orders placed for your top ten merchants. You can now download whole lifecycle data to understand the status of each code - whether it has been redeemed and when, who placed the order, who approved it, and in what month or period. You also asked for greater spending insights. Now you will be able to see how much has been spent on an account and remaining float to spend.
From a financial management perspective, we’ve strengthened invoicing capability. You’ll now receive alerts when invoices are due and outstanding. You can also download a report for the financial year.

Multi-currency capability
We are working hard to add muti-currency capability. This will provide businesses that operate across multiple territories a streamlined solution that works for all countries.
Capability to segment audience by workforce and customers
The beauty of Select is that once an organisation has the platform it can be used to drive multiple business and workforce goals.
