Edenred achieves ISO 22301 certification for business continuity planning

Edenred is pleased to announce that it has been awarded ISO 22301:2019 certification, an internationally recognised standard that demonstrates its commitment to ensuring business continuity in the face of disruptive events.

The certification recognises that Edenred has the processes and management systems in place to keep its services running during incidents and recover operations quickly.

The ISO 22301 standard is also critical to building customer confidence and is increasingly being demanded by organisations when Edenred bids for new contracts – particularly in the public sector.

Andy Philpott, Marketing and Sales Director for Edenred commented:

“In the face ongoing economic and social uncertainty, our customers quite rightly want to know that we take business continuity seriously and that we have identified how any disruption may impact both us and them. We are delighted with the certification and look forward to continually assessing and reviewing our processes so that we can achieve re-certification in the future.”
