This year, Edenred worked extra hard to secure exclusive Black Friday and Cyber Monday savings for its customers’ employees through the Edenred Savings platform. The campaign allowed employees to access exclusive deals that were not otherwise available, as well as extra savings on Black Friday discounts.
The week-long campaign activity included:
- Ongoing email communication, containing daily new deals and discounts
- Push notifications on the Edenred Savings app
- A dedicated Black Friday category on the Edenred Savings app
These were supported by educational webinars and client tool kits so that clients could help their employees get the most out of this year’s deals.
The campaign was a great success and reached over a million employees across hundreds of organisations. Their top three areas of spending were on domestic appliances, tech and travel.
