Edenred is committed to minimising the impact of our business activities on the environment, maintaining the ISO 14001 accreditation is a step towards fully meeting our CSR commitment. To maintain the ISO 14001 our effective Environmental Management System (EMS) was audited and it was recognised the effort and commitment that Edenred UK has put in to meet this international standard.
ISO 9001:2008 is the most widely recognized international standard for Quality Management. This is the process of ensuring that all aspects of designing, developing and implementing a product or service are effective and efficient.
As part of gaining ISO 9001 accreditation, we established unique quality objectives and recording procedures and implemented a system of continual improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We developed Quality Management principles that are customer and leadership driven, and involve all our people, systems and processes.
ISO 27001 is the international standard that specifies a process for information security governance, control and compliance.
Edenred are one of only 477 companies in the UK who have achieved the standard and it plays a crucial role in enhancing the trust and confidence in our services, people, processes and technology and deliver value to our customers and business partners.
Employee benefits magazine announced the winners of the 2010 Employee Benefits Awards at a ceremony held in London, on the 25 June. There were 100 finalist and only 21 winners, with four of these being Edenred's clients. A further three clients were runners up to the award and two reached the finalist stage.
