In addition to the convenience for incentive managers, feedback from Chubb employees has been positive; with the Long Service Awards, employees were thrilled to receive vouchers they could spend on a gift of their choice, plus a lunch out; it has been a genuine incentive that means employees look forward to reaching their significant years with the company.

The Living the Brand awards have also been well received, as often employees are surprised to get them; they are doing their job and don’t expect to get these,” says Michelle, “plus we always receive feedback from the employees saying thank you – a real measurement of success for us.
