Edenred celebrates National Childcare Week with success

Leading childcare voucher provider, Edenred, celebrated the recent Daycare Trust's Childcare Week in style by offering a range of bespoke vodcasts and targeted communications as well as making a donation to charity partner, Action for Children, for every new Childcare Voucher scheme which launched with Edenred in the run up to childcare week.

Now in its 13th year, National Childcare Week aims to promote the importanceof investing in childcare, out-of-school activities and early years' provision for children to strengthen and contribute to children's play and learning proving a good foundation for their future. 

Laura Czapiewski, Childcare Voucher Product Executive at Edenred comments "At Edenred we recognise the significance of Childcare Week and wanted to provide parents with something that would add real value to them". 

"We therefore worked with a range of leading childcare experts to produce a series of informative vodcasts which were hosted on our childcare vouchers website over the course of the week.  Each day a new video was added so we were able to provide a wealth of information and advice on a variety of childcare issues from toddlers to teenagers.  We also developed a number of promotional materials for employers to use as a way of re-engaging with working parents during childcare week." she adds.

The vodcasts covered a range of subjects including:

- Top tips for finding the best pre-school childcare

- Top tips for making your child's schooling a success

- Top tips on school selection

"Feedback to the videos was brilliant and because of this success we have extended the period the clips will be featured on our website and urge interested parents to take a look at the information available," concludes Czapiewski.
