Any registered (Ofsted, Care Commission, CSSIW etc) childcare provider is eligible to accept Edenred Childcare Vouchers. To accept our vouchers, you first of all need to apply to affiliate with us.  If you have previously been paid by any parent using Edenred vouchers, then you are already affiliated and don’t need to apply again.

If you have not previously accepted our Childcare Vouchers and wish to start, please click here. You will then be prompted to complete a simple online form, providing your contact, registration, and payment details. At the end of the process you will be asked to provide us with a copy of your registration certificate.

After you have completed your application and provided us with a copy of your certificate, we will send you confirmation of your Edenred account number, which will begin with the letter ‘P’.
